Voter Registration Information

The registration form (if mailed) must be postmarked by the third Friday prior to the election in question. Upon receipt of the registration form, the election commission will send you a permanent voter information card for you to keep. This card will contain polling place information and list the districts in which you reside (i.e. school district, legislative district etc.). If you mail your form in, please provide either your driver's license number or last four digits of your social security number in the appropriate area of the registration form.
